Our web maintenance plans cover just about any day to day changes you need to make to your web site. By subscribing to a plan, you eliminate the need for time consuming quotations and approvals, and get the privilege of premium service from our staff. Your changes will usually be done in the same day you request them – always before any quoted projects.
Additionally, we'll monitor your site and your traffic, and make recommendations where we see fit to make improvements to your site – even if you don't ask.
Covers most everything you need:
- changes and modifications to any pages on the site
- adding pages related to existing site content
- support and answers to any questions related to Internet marketing, e-mail marketing and web analytics
- monthly review of web analytics reports and recommendations for changes if warranted
- Uploading pdf's or other documents as links or downloads
- Changes to web forms or creation of additional web forms
Silver Maintenance Plan (for up to 10 page site):
FEE: $250 per month, annual contract
Gold Maintenance Plan (for up to 25 page site):
FEE: $500 per month, annual contract
Platinum Maintenance Plan (for up to 50 page site):
FEE: $1000 per month, annual contract
Titanium Maintenance Plan (for up to 100 page site):
FEE: $2000 per month, annual contract
Items not covered by maintenance plans:
- New Flash Elements
- Major structural design or template changes
- New product development or new marketing initiatives
- Search Engine Optimization
For items not covered by the plan we charge $125 or supply a project quotation. We'll always advise you of any extras before we start.
